  • Wrong Items: If we have shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

  • Unopened and Unused Products: If you wish to return an unopened, unused, and undamaged disposable vape product, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please note that for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used disposable vapes unless they are defective or damaged.
